My partner and I hired Morwenna to help us sell our respective homes (1 house, 1 condo) and buy a house together and it was a really positive experience. I knew she was a great fit for me from the first meeting-- I was unsure about how the whole selling and buying process worked together and wanted an overview, and two hours after our meeting, she sent me two presentations that explained everything in an approachable, clear way. She really is a versatile agent. To help us get our places ready to sell, she gave decluttering advice, filled cracks and touched up walls, helped stage, and had beautiful photos and video created that really showed off the space. My condo was sold in 2 weeks, in a market where condos generally take much longer to sell. Buying a house with her was also a great experience. She has tons of expertise and was able to give us a detailed assessment of the properties we looked at. Ultimately, we have her to thank for the gorgeous house we ended up in. It wasn’t on the list of houses we were going to see on that particular day, but we were in the neighbourhood, so she suggested it because she thought it ticked most of our boxes.
